The company determines the date for the names of persons entitled to subscribe for convertible debentures with warrants to purchase ordinary shares of Chewathai Public Company Limited No.2 (CHEWA-W2) (Record Date) on November 28, 2022 and the offering date of convertible debentures is scheduled for January 9 – 13, and 16, 2022.
