CHEWA Partners With “Kajit Luanpitpong”, Establishing a Joint Venture “Chewa Heart”
Mr. Boon Choon Kiat, the Managing Director of Chewathai PLC (CHEWA), announced that the company has partnered with Kajit Luanpitpong (the Condo Man) to establish a joint venture, namely Chewa Heart Co., Ltd. under the slogan “Construct Your Life with Our Heart”. The joint venture has the objectives to engage in the business of townhome development and target high-end customers. The first project that will be operated is Heart Sukhumvit, with a project value of 160 million Baht. The project is located on Sukhumvit Road, near BTS station, and comprises of 8 townhomes, each with 3.5 floors. The starting price is 16 million Baht and it is expected to be completed in August 2018.
