SVP – Sales & Marketing
Key responsibilities:
•    Develop and implement comprehensive business plan, sales and marketing plan, including regular analysis of the company’s competition and market potential;
•    Work closely with Board of Directors for development of strategies in line with corporate and command goals;
•    Responsible for operations management i.e. administration, supervision teams identifying areas and providing solution as well as solving ad hoc issues;
•    Present clear & timely report to the company’s executive team for consideration. Follow up on the executive team concerns and research issued in a timely and effective fashion;
•    Establish systems and procedures to keep members of the executive team informed about the business status, needs, activities and profitability;
•    Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies and plans to achieve sales targets;
•    Plan for ongoing sales operational needs, including technology, facilities and equipment;
•    Indentify and develop new business opportunities in line corporate objectives and command goals;
•    To manage effectively the A&P (Anterior & Posterior) Accruals for Brand Building and product development;
•    Prepare or cause to prepare all budgets, financial & sales projections;
•    Able to budget and manage profit and loss to meet agreed targets;
•    Drive volume and revenue growth to meet or exceed agreed sales targets. Manage overhead expenditures to budget levels Ensure Net Earnings targets are met;
•    Perform in-depth financial analysis and promptly address profitability and financial issues;
•    Plan, implement, manage and supervise transparent avenues to engage outsourced venders;
•    Oversee the hiring and development of a sales organization appropriate for the company’s mutuality/size;
•     Establish compensation, training and sales incentive programs; and
•    Manage and development a workforce to increase the effectiveness & efficiency.

Qualifications:   
•    Age between 40 to 45 years old;
•    Bachelor or higher Degree in business/marketing or other related field;
•    Minimum 5 years experience as senior managerial position in real estate industry;
•    Strong leadership with very good people skill. Proven track record in business development will be an advantage;
•    Good Analytical and logical thinking; and
•    Good command of written and spoken English and Thai.
