Chewathai investor still confident
TEE International, a Singaporean investment firm, remains confident in the Thai real estate market and is continuing with its planned launch of a condominium worth 1.5 billion baht in the third quarter.
Boon Choon Kiat, director of Trans Equatorial Indochina, a Thai subsidiary in which TEE holds a 49% stake, said the firm would continue investing in the Thai property market despite political turbulence and the fact that its first local joint venture, Chewathai Ratchaprarop, was damaged during the May 19 riots.... more>> |
